The Mader Foundation seeks grant applications from a selected group of 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the Greater Kansas City area.

Every year from March 1 through May 1 the Mader Foundation accepts and reviews initial applications for support that would begin no earlier than the following September 1.

Note: This is the ONLY time period during which your application may be submitted. Applications received at any other time will be discarded without reading.

Awards typically range from $5,000 to $30,000.  These amounts are approximate and not absolute.

An organization is ineligible if it has received funding from the Mader Foundation in the previous two consecutive years. The organization must wait two years before it becomes eligible again.

From among the applications received, selected organizations will be invited to submit a full proposal.

• EDUCATION
• HEALTH
• WELFARE
