The application process runs from March 1st to May 1st, 2020

We expect more requests for grants this year and it will take some time to review them all. The final decisions regarding which grants to fund will be made at the Foundation meeting held in September.


Grant Application

  • Please explain exactly how Mader Foundation dollars would be used by your program.
  • Please list any funding provided by the Mader Foundation in the last five years. Please include amounts and purpose.
  • Please fill out and attach ONLY the Mader Foundation budget template provided on the Criteria page for your program. Please change the title of your budget to include your organization's name. ANY OTHER BUDGET FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • The Mader Foundation does not fund wages of any kind. Please see the criteria page for more information. Do you understand?
  • After submitting your application a message will immediately appear on the next screen to inform you if your application was successfully submitted or if there was an error.
